This is a rare opportunity for registered nurses to join a niche team-force with a leading cosmetic surgical clinic, located in Sydney and Gold Coast. You will be assisting our doctors in recovering patients and post-op care
Working alongside a dedicated and professional clinical team that is composed of doctors, surgeons and nurses, you will be responsible for preparing the surgical environment to ensure safe surgical outcomes are achieved. This will involve, but is not limited to;
Maintaining a high level of nursing care to all patients;
Assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of patients;
Monitoring the condition of patients during procedures and reporting changes to doctors;
Ensuring sterility is maintained at all times and instrument counts are conducted in line with department policy.
Preparing and ensuring each room is adequately prepared for the day ahead;
Providing high quality care to all patients;
Ensure strict patient confidentiality;
Multitasking to ensure a smooth working day
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have a positive attitude that will enable you to work effectively alongside our team of professionals and independently as required.
You will also demonstrate
You are a registered nurse;
0-3 years experience as a registered nurse, theater experience is not required as we will provide training.
Demonstrated ability to provide high standards of customer service and care for our patients
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated understanding of current relevant guidelines, regulations and standards
Sponsorship can be provided to the right candidate
Fluent English |
