Repair the cracks and gyprock repairs internally as identified and photographed at my inspection
Cracks and tears will be cut out, reduced and scraped as required and filled with base coat
Where tape has lifted particularly in kitchen area this will be removed and filled with base coat
After drying all areas flushed with top coat and sanded then top coat again and sand as required
Painting will require sealing coat and two top coats allowing drying in between coats
Paint will from corner to corner in passage and dine area
Ceiling kitchen to be blended if possible or whole area if required
Feature in family will be touched up as required
Externally the feature pillar will require painting to disguise cracks
Minor touch up to main rendered areas to disguise cracks
Amount $2700.00
GST $ 270.00

我以為大幾百能搞定，看到這報價驚呆了，主要就弄弄好幾個石膏板裂痕，我以為是touch up一下，他總是說要整片刷
這是正常的嗎？如果都這樣貴，值得弄嗎？我印象中其實每個房都有 |
