一个对于入籍小小的纳闷.

我在移民网站上看到这么一句话:
Please note that any time you spent in Australia before you were granted permanent residence status, does not count as permanent residence.

If you were granted a migrant visa offshore your permanent residence date is your date of first arrival in Australia on this visa.

If you were granted a permanent residence visa onshore your permanent residence date is the date that visa was issued.

入籍好象是有migrate visa开始起计算四年后,那就是说先生不论学习了几年都不克不及算的.要等学成拿到pr或者TR后,能力开始算四年后能够请求citizen.

我的以为是不是正确,请懂的敌人指导一下.谢谢!

谢谢楼上的,那末那些先生可有的等了.估量要等个五六年能力拿到citizen了.当初的先生签证都不批了.

很奇怪,你关上FORM1300外面诉说的仍是说PR后一年,那末这句话Please note that any time you spent in Australia before you were granted permanent residence status, does not count as permanent residence.的意思就是说你拿PR后满一年PR就能呀

请求的要求是:
If you became a permanent resident on or after 1 July
2007 you must:
• have been living in Australia on a valid Australian visa for
4 years i妹妹ediately before to applying, including one year
as a permanent resident i妹妹ediately before applying

2007年7月以後拿到的PR，是要4年，然而會把你以前讀書的時間計算進去！我敌人16歲就來澳洲留學了，來了7年了，就是在08年9月拿到PR，然後09年10月考入籍試的。這個我很確定。
