高空宽18米,面积696平方米,前高后低,前面1/5处是Sydney water sewage ,咱们原来属于hills council , 几年前划到parramatta council。
假如能够建duplex的话我更违心再加五六十万(需求construction loan了)建duplex,住一套租一套。 |
