斟酌入籍，问一个寓居要求的问题。拿到PR 8年了，第一次的PR visa曾经过时了，我当初的是新的5年的PR RRV，，比来的5年只在澳洲住满了3年。记得新的citizenship act要求住满四年，明天去政府网站一查，发现只有3年，原文如下：
Australian Citizenship Act 2007 Residence Requirements
To satisfy the residence requirements you must have:
4 years lawful residence in Australia. This period must include 十二 months as a permanent resident i妹妹ediately before making an application for Australian citizenship
and
absences from Australia of no more than 十二 months in total in the 4 years prior to application, including not more than 90 days in the 十二 months i妹妹ediately prior to application.
Lawful residence means residence in Australia on a temporary or permanent visa.
If you were granted a Temporary Residence or Permanent Residence visa before you arrived in Australia, the date that you first arrived on that visa is the Lawful Residence date.
根据下面这个前提，4年寓居前提允许十二个月离境，实际上就3年寓居。
请问，我的了解正确吗?
此外再问一个问题，能够父母PR不入籍，孩子（不满18岁）独自入籍允许吗?
