请问父母移民的出世公证怎么办

父母的出世公证怎么办？和咱们的同样，要有他们父母的名字甚么的，可是外公外婆过世20+年了，当初去派出所，说是曾经翻不出来那末久的档案了，怎么办？

或者是做护照或者身份证公证行不行？
103的check list 这么要求的：
Certified copies of birth certificates showing both parents’ names for you and any
other person included in the application. If you do not have a birth certificate and are
unable to get one, you must provide a certified copy of the identification pages of at
least one of the following documents:
• passport
• family book showing both parents’ names
• identification document issued by the government
• documents issued by a court that verifies your identity.
If you are unable to provide one of these documents, you must provide other
acceptable evidence that you are who you claim to be。

不知道有无相反状况的tx。怎么办的？

20几年前逝世，派出所应该有。还得找他们。

能够让居委会或者死者原单位出个证实曾经逝世，就能到公证处去做公证了。

晕，我外公可是在60多年之前逝世的，那时中国还没解放，怎么找。
