请问父母移民（103）移民局分割形式，急！

经过Au post递交父母移民请求曾经一个多月了，尚无收到邮件，也没有扣款，不知道是否邮件给寄丢了（后悔过后没有用能够track的）。想分割移民局看他们收到文件没有，能够官网上只能查到一个general info的电话131881，打过来等了几非常钟终于接通了，而后就说他们也查不到，说个别要等2-3个月，就把我打发了。
请问有谁知道父母移民的部门的分割电话吗？谢谢大家了。

as far as i know, that is the only way to contact.

and BTW, you should use the register post with tracking no.

It did take long time for them to respond though.

Can I ask how long did it take to get the response and when did they charge the application fee from yous credit card?

i submitted 8th May, and got the credit card charged by 31th, may, and did not get any further information since then.

问了二次，一次回覆是1-2个月；次日再问，回覆均匀速度3个月。。。
