我往年4月份技术移民拿到PR, 拿PR的过程当中有前男朋友和我互加的5分。等PR的时分和前男朋友曾经离开了，PR上去后完全离开。
过年回家遇到当初男朋友，半年多感情不乱，想给他请求300签证。看移民局网站上有这么两条：
When you might not be eligible
You might not be able to sponsor your partner if any one of the following applies:
you have sponsored another partner within the last five years
you were sponsored for a partner visa as a partner yourself within the last five years
请问技术移民里的阿谁5分究竟算不算partner visa呢？假如算，那是否只要给我男朋友请求游览签证，而后他过去咱们在这边注册，等他回去再请求309转100 了？
