能够一个个请求的。
我往年2月递交了婆婆的143请求，公公的等年底请求Aged Parent Visa。在这以前我给PVC写信问可否离开递交请求，他们回复是能够的。见下列内容，我把PVC回复的邮件也放在请求里一同递交了。

Parents can apply together or separately, for the same or different parent visa subclass. In addition, it is not mandatory that both parents be included in a parent visa application.
