    不是自住就感觉无所谓，也没多想这个细节。次要是没教训。下一次就懂了，估量也不会下一次了，造房太烦，拖的也长，间接买造好的看失掉的多好

    This is normal with project home builder.

    Generally speaking, do not upgrade light settings through the builder. Builder will just ask the electrician company to give a quote and add 23% on top of the quote.

    Go and find the electrician yourself for the upgrade, that will be much better in pricing . But you probably need to determine how many and what type of  lights you need with the builder so that the switches and batten holders are installed in the construction. In this way, the upgrade do not need to cutting extra hole in the wall or ceiling later.

    40个灯要6000也未便宜了，算算假如是房子够大要上百个LED的话，价格也要光灯也要过万了，还有别的保安，摄像头，挂灯，插座各种地位，双向有的乃至是四向开关，你说要不要上万

    其实这个holder曾经能够装各种各样的灯罩了

    除非你是要嵌在天花里的射灯，那是要专门再改

    下家说别装了，每个灯回扣一块五患了，省了你拧下来我又拧上去卖，当前报价有个选项，不拧灯一个少一块五。

    我是40多个灯里包罗5个吸顶灯，九个吊灯，7个室外灯所以花了6000，假如是100个射灯，灯加人工费是3000不到，保安零碎和空调加zone我记得总共是1700摆布，此外builder是送20个LED的，不外当初行情不睬解了

    当初市场上新建house都是这样的吗--确定不是啊~~我目前还没见过哪一个project home或者private builder最初给主人一个这类灯的~~摆明不冀望你给referral了

    过后color apointment的时分就要阐明要射灯 每个房间要几个都是那时分就要先设计好的 否则就都是每个房间一个灯泡很吃藕

    除了催钱和要我签字外根本不记得builder/开发商找过我，每次发个invoice来，还只给7天（不是business day），过了7天按10%interest算penalty，7天叶太少了

    是呀package等的时间过长资料品质都好差，你这个是没降级投资无所谓自主的话找人来装也比在开发商那里降级廉价多了
