跟strata要求看by law
确定无关于乐音的管制。最根本的nsw model by law中都无关于noise的规则。
1 Noise
An owner or occupier of a lot must not create any noise on a lot or the co妹妹on property likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the owner or occupier of another lot or of any person lawfully using co妹妹on property.

既然他的高音炮影响了的peaceful enjoyment of your lot,
1. 让你的strata manager间接对他的leasing agent 收回正告
2. 假如没有改良,让strata manager issue notification of breach of by-law signed by JP
3. 正告之后尚无用的话,strata能够去NCAT要求issue 罚款,按照新的strata law规则,一切罚款会进owner corporation的fund.
