四边不靠,四周都是高速,步行哪都去不了之处

I think u better check with the development plan of the area.... honestly not that many supply left in the area, for investment ... well up to you to think but I would say u could find better ones ....... reason is ......... try a Sat around 3pm, drive from Rhodes to Wentworth point then u know what I mean ...........
