Dispose of your restricted fruit and vegetables
On arrival in South Australia you must dispose of any restricted fruit, vegetables, plants and plant products in the disposal bins provided at key entry points.
Disposal bins are clearly signed and located across the state at road entry points, airports and rail terminals.
When travelling through a quarantine station, located on highways at entry points into the state, your vehicle will be checked for at risk items.
If you are travelling to the Riverland, you must dispose of any at risk fruit and vegetables before you get there.
You will be fined if you are caught with restricted fruit and vegetables. |
