On 14 October 2020, the proceedings were listed for a conciliation conference pursuant to section 34
of the Land and Environment Court Act 1979.
We confirm that the conciliation conference between the parties was not successful and was
terminated by the Court.
Marsdens Law Group remains instructed to defend the refusal of the development application.
The proceedings are now listed for a hearing on 13-16 September 2021, which is presently
scheduled to be carried out remotely via Microsoft Teams as a result of the current public health
restrictions. |
