1. Sous Chef for Arisun City (Asian Korean Fusion)
Your Duties Will Include:
Food preparation and presentation including Cooking during operation
Ensuring services expectations are met
Manage junior staff members and manage kitchen on Head Chef’s days off
Monitoring hygiene and safety standards
Stock ordering and stock control
Cleaning and hygiene of all areas in the kitchen
The Right Candidate:
Minimum over 3 years Chef experience
Good understanding and interest about Asian food
Strong communication skill speaking, reading, and writing in English
Must handle Chinese Wok frypan
Positive ‘can do’ attitude
THE Conditions:
Working hours : 40hours/week + reasonable overtime (up to 50hours/week)
Salary : up to $95,000/Year + Super + Entitlements

2. Experienced Chef ,all levels for Butchers Buffet (Korean BBQ Buffet)
Food preparation and presentation including Cooking during operation
Ensuring services expectations are met
Supporting Head chef
Monitoring hygiene and safety standards
Cleaning benches and other areas at end of shift
The Right Candidate:
Minimum 3 years Chef experience
Good understanding about Korean and Western food Preferred
Strong communication skill speaking, reading, and writing in English
Positive ‘can do’ attitude
THE Conditions:
Working hours : 40hours/Week + reasonable overtime(up to 50hours/week)
Salary : up to $70,000 - $80,000/Year + Super + Entitlements
