city council回复的很快，假如kerb的管子堵住了，也给了具体的修理形式：
If the pipe is blocked within the property boundary, you have to arrange de-blocking privately.
If that pipe is blocked under the footpath or the naturestrip, by roots of the street tree, than you can contact the City Works Department on 9262 6200 and ask them to clear the pipe under the footpath and/or naturestrip.
If the pipe is blocked under the footpath/naturestrip, but there is no street trees around, then your plumber needs to de-block this pipe as well. |
