排水问题征询

想征询一下大家家里sotrmeater drain的排水问题，我看到街坊家门口，有的马路牙子会通一个管道到街道上，下雨的时分，雨水会间接排到街道上。而有的人家虽然有这个管道，然而不出水，有的家门口乃至没有。我家门口有，然而我上次查过，觉得都没有守旧。所以，不分明这个排水零碎是否都纷歧样。会不会雨水也会并入sewage systrm去。我家city council是Whitehorse.
不知道大家有无如斯疑难？我想找找我家的排水零碎怎么设计的，然而房子太老，估量是找不到的。

路牙子上有口的应该叫Discharge to the Kerb
大少数新一些的house，地块上应该都会有Legal Point of Discharge的，你到康嫂网站搜这个会找到个表格，大约付50－60块钱，填表发给康嫂，他们会回复给你告知你，你家的LPOD在哪的

也有一些旧房子，当年建的时分没有LPOD的，状况好像就对比繁杂了，等专家出来给你解惑吧

你请Plumber来，他们同样会要求你先问康嫂要LPOD的信息，以康嫂的正式回复为准

谢谢你的回复，council曾经回复我了，The property is discharging stormwater to the kerb and channel near to north-east corner of the property.
那问题是我家门口马路牙子阿谁排水口是堵的，下雨的时分就没有水排出来。
所以不知道是council修理这个仍是我请plumber修理

city council回复的很快，假如kerb的管子堵住了，也给了具体的修理形式：

If the pipe is blocked within the property boundary, you have to arrange de-blocking  privately.

If that pipe is blocked under the footpath or the naturestrip, by roots of the street tree, than you can contact the City Works Department on 9262 6200 and ask them to clear the pipe under the footpath and/or naturestrip.

If the pipe is blocked under the footpath/naturestrip, but there is no street trees around, then your plumber needs to de-block this pipe as well.
