那套房子我也看过，外面装修很新的，固然能租580也的确有点让人不测。不外租客租house，的确不怎么斟酌面积的，更看重房型装修厨房卫浴等等。否则岂不是大地破房房钱更高？

这套EMP的house不久前卖了60万，房钱$510，我看都快2个月了还挂着在呢，固然也和中介无关，这个中介显著不给力

LZ，你有50-60万能够在墨尔本有得多很好的投资房啊，还有投资房地产不是靠房钱报答的！在墨尔本悉尼这些城市，基本不需求耽心租出的问题。次要斟酌的是房产的贬值。自己在墨尔本，集体感觉墨尔本房产贬值后劲挺高的！

我说的不是靠房钱报答的意思是，不要想只靠房钱报答来赚钱，由于这是不成能赚到得多钱的，房钱报答能cover到你每月的利息，你的费用，例如：body corp，water rate 等等，曾经足够了。最次要看的仍是这物业的贬值才能。
