没签合同法律就不维护租客? 你去学学法律看看法律维护租客仍是维护房主?
From The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal:
Your landlord cannot evict you. Only the tribunal can.
Keep a written record of what happens between you and your landlord or their agent, including what each of you said and when. Keep copies of your:
residential tenancy agreement
condition report
receipts for rent and bond money
letters and written records.
警察到时分来问,一看人家行李甚么都在,问房主,这是租客仍是break in进入你家的,请问你是房主你怎么回答?
回答,是租客,那欠好意思,警察不会管你的。
回答,是break in的人。
那第一,不合乎常理,break in的人不成能带着一大堆行李长住,除非警察是2b。
第二,房主在扯谎,最佳斟酌下结果。
第三,就算你冒着扯谎的危险告知警察是break in,那人家租客能没有旁证? 我就不信租给这个房客这事只要房主房客两人知道,没有租约尚无个收据的? 没有邮件还没个短信甚么的?
第四, 不签租约不代表不受法律维护。 并且不签约,怎么也得是房主的责任。
