British Virgin Island的离岸公司章程通常有两个， 一个是Memorandum of Association（名字， 地址，运营规模等）， 另外一个是Article of Association（股分处置细则，懂事，董事会，清理等）。
后面的翻完了， 想在网上找相应的前面这个细则， 就怎么都找不到。
不知道，有无人之前做过相似的任务， 或看过相似的中英文互翻？
