以前不止一次在这家店消费，平时货色品质没有问题的话还好，这次货色泛起品质问题了，才发现这家店如斯的渣。
在他们店里买的行车记载仪，才三个月机器的网络功用就坏掉了，不给退，只能返厂修，挥霍了这么多时间，等了很久修回来很快又坏了，一样的故障，这家店仍然不给换，仍是只能一样的形式返厂修。我问他们当初机器还有warranty，一样的问题坏掉每次都是修，不只耽搁很长期机器能力修回来，这个故障显然是没有修睦，warranty过时了怎么办？他们说就只能这样，不克不及换新。
他们曾经涉嫌违反了澳洲Consumer Law
Consumer Law规则“When a business sells a product with a major problem, or a product that later develops a major problem, it must give the consumer the choice of a refund or a replacement of the same type of product.” |
