5月30号递交的，原本曾经彻底不抱但愿了，明天中午忽然收到邮件说：However when we try and take payment out of the credit card details provided we are not having any success. It is being declined.

Until we are able to take payment for this application we are unable to progress the application any further.

想问，用信誉卡缴款必需是外面有足够的余额是么?
我回信说多是余额缺乏，曾经存钱了，能够扣了。
