求教一下SHL测试需求留意甚么？我要进行三个测试，财务类的任务，第一次做这类测试，彻底没有教训。谢谢！

This is a test of reasoning with numbers.  In this test you will be using facts and figures presented in various statistical tables to answer questions designed to assess your ability to evaluate numerical data.  You are able to use a calculator and rough paper.

就是个别的逻辑，英语和数学才能测试，只有别太拉垮，任务就是你的了

太难了，这边的浏览比国际的每道题时间还更短，基本限时内做不完。
我很奇怪，原本Graduate position的才要做，为何有些公司不是graduate position也发过去做

是职业性情测试。
的确没有对错可言，然而倡议回答要统一，讲演最初会有个系数是你回答的统一性，假如不敷高，会感觉你扯谎。

这是psychometric test 测试吧，我之前做过，是面试后做的。好像无数字，图形，逻辑推理，性情题回答等等，限时不限量，考了大略3小时。教训是网上先做摹拟题，理解出题推理标的目的，由于现场测试时不克不及有进展，假如2秒内没眉目马上跳下一题。

三个测试
第一个次要是性情测试，整体没有对错，除非有特别的red flag，好比逻辑测试后果很差，性情测试却又极端自信；
第二个是言语推理，这个往往是华人的弱项，虽然说是考逻辑，但若碰到不意识的词或者浏览速度较慢，会影响成就
第三个是数字推理，简略说就是考数学，这个与言语关联度小，个别是华人的强项
