求教一个foreign owner surcharge的问题。
我是PR身份，我一个房子3月份settle，4月份分开澳洲30天，打算10月底分开澳洲90天。我这类状况要不要交foreign owner surcharge？
政府网站上说在十二月31日前延续住满200天：
The following visa holders will be exempt from surcharge land tax on their principal place of residence if they use or intend to use and occupy their home for a continuous period of 200 days in a land tax year:
- permanent visa holders

这是否象征着，从我5月份回到澳洲算起，要延续住满200天，比及十二月份才能够分开澳洲，这样能力防止这个surcharge?

这岂不是在5-十二月之间，我都不克不及出国游览了？

觉得只要入籍，就能防止这个钱了。详细仍是要看你集体权衡了。
假如是我的话，入籍临时不想，延续寓居200天也纷歧定能确保，所以我就不去新洲了，那是有钱人呆之处哈哈。
