St Johns Park outshines most of the south west on its scores for crime and teleco妹妹unications coverage. It also has more open space than many of its neighbours and reasonable peak hour traffic. Areas for improvement include cafes and restaurants as well as retail.

The Prince Henry Hospital site may have been transformed into apartments but the study found Little Bay still has a long way to go to improve its liveability scores. It’s brilliant for teleco妹妹unications coverage, open spaces, ocean views and beach access but does not rate well for education, main road congestion, shops, dining or rail access.

Bella Vista has great access to shops, decent proximity to employment and middling scores for buses, main road congestion, cafes, restaurants and culture. The Sydney Metro Northwest will elevate its rail score in a big way so watch this space.
