父母移民 103签证 人在澳洲 请求offshore

大家好， 父母当初是600 签证，当初人在澳洲，然而大部份都在国际，签证没有 8503 条款，请求103 是应该选offshore吧，谢谢了

由于我看表上这样写的：

However, offshore visa applicants may lodge an application while they
are in Australia unless they are legally prevented from doing so under
migration legislation. For example, persons will be prevented from
applying while they are in Australia if they have a ‘No Further Stay’
condition attached to the visa that they hold at time of application.

境内请求是804 ，103是境外请求。所以你请求的应该是804。804是境内请求 境内下签，103是境外请求，境外下签。澳洲的移民签证1结尾的是境外，8结尾的是境内。
