对于入籍寓居要求的征询

1.have been living in Australia on a valid visa for 4 years i妹妹ediately before the day you apply
2.hold a permanent visa or an SCV for the last 十二 months i妹妹ediately before the day you apply and
3.not have been absent from Australia for more than 十二 months in total in the past 4 years, including no more than 90 days in total in the 十二 months i妹妹ediately before applying.

由于任务调动，2018年10月19号拿到PR后，2019年3月10号就离境了，2022年4月底才再出境，2023年由于要入境续了RRV给了一年，2024年8月住满了365x2所以请求了第二次RRV秒批5年。

我始终认为以上第一点，我是铁定了要2026年能力请求入籍，由于在澳大利亚糊口了4年，我两头有断过，
从2022年回来到2025年（已定行程）总共入境13次，包孕2025年，最初2024-2025合起来也没有超过90天所以合乎第三点

用移民局的计算器计算，竟然2025年9月就能请求入籍，


请问，那末第一点是怎么了解的？ 是否计算器说YES那末请求就不会被回绝呢？

2022年4月底出境，最先+3年便可请求。这期间你算计分开5个月那就再推延五个月。
on a valid visa for 4 years 是你失掉457时分开始。

谢谢你，由于2022出境时PR还没过时，2023才请求的第一次155，所以好像是你说的这样

我看到Reddit 假如出境前PR过时，那这个4年要从新算，就是你说的valid visa没有延续
