各位亲友们，我老妈子疫情期间2018-2022十月住了四年然后回去了。
她要2027年才满67可以领养老金.
如果我们现在开始积累的话到2027能否有机会申请成功？尝试解释？

还有中间可以每次回去多久？累计呢？
