由于平时发给futu信息，futu都不回。这回在paypal里lodge了一个dispute，futu在8天后给我回了一个信息如下：

“we actually raised a refund case for you but since you opened this paypal case accounts have had to wait for paypal, once we can grant the refund for you we can do so as i said to you on ebay.”

1 futu为何要等paypal? 等一个judgement仍是其它甚么缘故?

2 给paypal打了个电话，告知我卖家能够打电话给paypal and paypal will do.要是futu就不打呢？我怎么办？

3 仍是说我应该escalate这个case？

第一次和paypal打交道，不太懂。有明确的同窗帮我指导一下吗？
