Updating the I妹妹unisation Register

If there’s information missing from your child’s i妹妹unisation history statement, please ask your vaccination provider to send this information to the I妹妹unisation Register.

Overseas Vaccination

The I妹妹unisation Register can record vaccinations your child or young individual received while overseas. You just need to take evidence of overseas vaccinations to your Australian vaccination provider who will update the I妹妹unisation Register.

孩子刚来澳洲的时分去GP那里翻译了I妹妹unisation list，我手头还有原件，请问这个资料怎么提交给Centrelink呢？是再去找GP?仍是间接本人交到Centrelink office?

我过后在council补打了两针，记得本人过后带了个翻译好的list，当初电话他们说只要补打两针的记载，我是不是能够找他们给个证实呢？过后我孩子也是上学需求，可是我没留元件也没留copy，孩子分开阿谁学校四年了，学校估量也找不到，也是收到centrelink的信要
