pre-purchase pest inspection 请懂行的敌人帮助看一下

第一次做pest inspection，只是visual的没有用红内线之类的仪器。
讲演上说visual inspection revealed no evidence of active Timber Insect Pests or damage，
然而看不到之处可能会有，并且是highly conductive to termite attack，
倡议做thermal image，还倡议当前做preventative treatment。
想问一下做过pest inspection的敌人，这类状况算重大吗？

我找的不是专门查白蚁的，我是找他做building inspection的
而后他还给我做了一个visual timber pest inspection
我是第一次找人做这个，过后只问了他能查白蚁吗，他说能够
看到讲演才知道他只是用看的。。。
所以也不知道是否被忽悠了
