我的了解是这里只是填写我母亲就行-了，对吗？

仍是其实这项甚么都不必填。由于是applicant的dependent family members，也就是我父亲，他其实不在这份sponsorship外面。

甚么都不必填，你父母是partner的瓜葛，不是dependant的瓜葛.part B曾经填过partner了。Part C填的是你父母未独立要依赖你父母糊口的孩子（而且和你父母一同移民），也就是你未独立的兄弟姐妹。

哦，那我有个相似的问题，我父亲曾经不在了，那是否在PartB和PartC里都不必提？此外我还有个姐姐，但她不打算办移民，是否也不必提？
