母亲请求了143移民,收到补材料的信,其中要求在澳洲无犯法公证.7年前母亲来投亲呆了差2天满1年,这类状况需求做公证吗?

需求做National Police Check, 网上请求并提交，请求人需求提供100 Point，上传扫描件便可。

假如你尚未参加澳洲国籍，你应该还持有中国护照，持有中国护照，没有理由不给管理中国无犯法。并且无犯法不是政府管理，是所在地公证处或派出所或其余指订单位。自己回国出具相干文件，能够管理的。
