目前状况：非独生子女，还带一个弟弟，目前未成年。

以前看了网站我的了解是能够先请求一方移民过去，未成年人能够作为副请求人一同过去？

但有敌人说这样不成以，求教大家这样操作可行否？分分感激！

上面是移民局官网前提。我感觉我的状况合乎了下划线那条吧。

You meet the balance of family test if:
at least half of your children live permanently in Australia, or
