1、Provide a scanned copy of notarial certificate stating entire family composition.老妈一集体移民，这是指老妈现有的直系亲属吗？好比我爸、我、我哥，包罗老妈的兄弟姐妹吗？此外老妈的父母早已过世还需求包罗在外面吗？
2、Provide a Statutory Declaration or Affidavit detailing all the applicant’s and spouse’s children, including children from previous relationships, step–children and adopted children. Include details of birth dates, current country of residence.这是否只需求老妈写份无关子女的声明就能了，不需求再公证吧？
