我有PR，在土澳住了2年，能够请求5年的RRV。
女儿也有PR，然而没住满2年，跟据移民局的如下规则，partner or dependent family member 能够获取RRV， 然而只是1年。
对于这个dependent family member, 有春秋限度吗？女儿马上18岁了，假如有18岁的限度，是以请求日期看女儿是不是满18岁仍是以RRV批准日来看？原本是方案她来读大学的，可是读大学的时分她曾经超过18岁了，假如她拿不到RRV，岂不是不克不及以ＰＲ身份来读大学了？
