求教一下女儿入籍的问题

不知道这个状况是到哪里去请求入籍

女儿往年15岁，2月底就满16了，所以想在16岁前替她请求入籍。她的父亲2007年就入籍了，不外当初常住中国。我和女儿去年8月拿的PR，当初常住澳洲。

据我学生说，女儿的入籍找本地政府就能了，说孩子是resident入籍，不必去移民局请求。我以为移民入籍应该都是归移民局管的吧。并且咱们当初回中国投亲，是在中国请求仍是要等回到澳洲去请求呢？不知道有无人有一样状况的，是不是可指导一下？

要知足住满4年才能够请求吧 起码pr一年 但系16岁下列能够跟母亲入籍 不必考试

16岁下列，能够不论寓居年限，随着父母入籍请求。你不请求，你女儿入不了。
16岁以上，能够本人独自请求，但需求住够4年。所以你女儿仍是入不了。
