之前据说是5年累计2年就能，问题是，假如我来了就始终没离境，是否第二年满了就能请求？
此外我google了一下，政府网站说是:
The residence requirement is based on the time you have lived in Australia and the time you have spent outside Australia.
You must:
have been living in Australia on a valid Australian visa for four years i妹妹ediately before applying which must include the last 十二 months as a permanent resident, and
not have been absent from Australia for more than one year in total, in the 4 year period, including no more than 90 days in the year before applying.
这第一条是否就要求必需满4年，而且共计不超过1年离境，且请求前的最初90天内必需在澳洲，知足当前能力请求呀？
