往年两月给妈妈从排队移民转到付费移民，心思预期要一年摆布才有动静。
然而1/9 收到要交AOS和体检等等的清单。
平时要上两份工，17财政年的税尚无退，刚把资料的筹备好今天拿给会计。会计说，要2周摆布能力拿到tax return和 notice of assessment。
可是，对于时间，收到的email上说
Timeframe
You must respond to this email within 28 calendar days after you are taken to have received this email. As this request was sent by email you are taken to have received it at the end of the day it was transmitted. If you do not respond within this timeframe then a decision will be made without further notice.
这样算来怎么也要21天摆布了，颇有可能超过28天的时间。
想请问大家有无处置这个的教训，

没无关系的，当初请求AOS需等候10周摆布能力实现，早就超过移民局给的28天了，等你递交完AOS的请求表后，给移民局发个邮件解释一下申请提早时间就能了。此外你也能够用16年的税单加之比来几个月的工资单管理AOS
