朋友亡我之心不死，将会发起第二轮防御。  简略地说就是政府仍然在追求收紧入籍前提的DEAL，例如将英文要求从原来的雅思6分升高到5分，但无论修正后的计划是怎么样的，终究仍是要获取国会的经过才能够实行，而这个2018.7.1就是假如新计划能获取经过的正式实行日期。
