250打广告。。。我以前的中介和我报价才70块。。。其余的都同样，第一周房租给中介而后收5.5%。打广告这个要看怎么打的，原来的中介和我说就是去房子拍点照片，他们丑化下而后放网上。。集体觉得你这个250有点多

对了，还有每月的REPORT 钱。。。我记得好像是5块钱一份REPORT，寄信到你家
