回去用人民币最划算是28 DEGREE 信誉卡吗

求教，据说28 degree这张卡样样好，没有手续费，没有提款费等。不外看网站上说，if the transaction is made in foreign currency – it will first be converted to US dollars and then calculated to Australian dollars for listing on your transactions,假如刷人民币，它先转成USD，在转rmb，是否多转一下会分歧算？
当初说的4 月起的，澳元-人民币能够间接兑换又是甚么意思呢？莫非这里还要靠美元转一下？这样是否不如间接去supay之类的换汇？
还有不明确所说的exchange conversion fee指的是甚么费用？
