法庭败诉会影响未来pr么？

我去年有个违章，然而我感觉有争议，就claim了一下。但因为我过后并无在澳洲，直到我回澳洲当前才知道警局给我写过信，让我上庭。头几天收到了法庭的裁决，因为我没出庭天然败诉了。而后让我交罚款之类的。我想知道这个会留案底么？会影响未来请求pr么？我当初先生签。

Criminal record

小案子不会留案底吧。我上庭前去见律师，第一个问题就问律师最坏后果是甚么，会不会有案底。律师告知我最坏后果赔钱，不会有案底。
