前些日子发了一个修房顶的帖子,中介找的报价22000,有一个敌人引见的才7000,然而曾经整个订满了,要比及四个月当前。由于从第一次发现到当初曾经三个半月了,屋宇在出租。中介说房客始终在埋怨,还要挟要告到法院,让我尽快修理。然而我感觉这个太贵了,我想问问这个报价离谱吗,该不应修呢?谢谢。
