投资房的树需求修一下,由于靠谱的handy man欠好找,找了保举的Justin,报价880 include GST, 比中介报的廉价,由于也是保举的,还对比置信。他也上门看过树,租客中介都也意识了。中介说organize, 也不告知我租客电话。

由于我修树的permit一个月后才拿到。而后他也始终很忙。差未几2个月后,忽然说有时间了,而后上门,又电话我说租客有狗进不去,而后说改期。
我在没有接到他和中介任何的通知下,忽然收到账单,而后时间写的也是错的。我跟本不知道他是零碎误发账单仍是曾经干完了,我就发邮件问了他,告知他需求提前通知我,干完了告知我干了啥。
他的回复是
After the initial complications of scheduling not available due to difficulties with access it was organised when we could as soon as we could liaise with tenant.
After organising everything thoroughly initially and wasting 3hrs not being able to do works it was getting the works sorted that was priority.
You have not been billed for the extra time spent onsite. Tenants were home and happy with works.
我作为掏钱的人,莫非都不该该被提前通知什么时候干活,而后干了活后告我干了啥。土澳的鬼佬都是这样不沟通吗?
