143 补交资料对于：出世公证的问题

收到143补交资料通知了，看了下清单，外面有一个
Provide scanned copy of full birth certificate  showing both parents’ names for: XXXX
这个应该是出世证公证，然而我当初有现成的父母子女亲属瓜葛公证，下面有我的生日和父母瓜葛，姓名。请问这样能够吗？仍是必需要再请求一个出世证公证？

你的父母亲属公证不是你的出世公证，你的出世公证有你的出世日期不假，还要有你的亲生父母的名字，你手上的亲属公证，从小领养瓜葛也能够有亲属公证。

The only thing we still need is a Notarial Certificate of Birth for yourself as evidence of the relationship. I have looked over the application and note that you have sent notarial certificates of relationship – however, we do require the Notarial Certificate of Birth as an evidence of relationship.

Please provide a scanned copy of the Notarial Certificate of Birth by return email within 28 days of today.

我提供了和父亲的瓜葛证实，母亲的瓜葛证实等等。他们仍是要出世证实。起初我解释了一下由于我爸爸是澳籍，中国的出世证实想拿很费事， 他们回复如下：
Please provide a statutory declaration  confirming the reason why XXX’s birth certificate does not show both parents names.  It is the onus for the applicant to prove the relationship between the main applicant and the sponsor. Please provide legal supporting documents to show this and note that a statutory declaration only will not be suffice.

我嫌费事，仍是回去想方法弄了出世证实。所以假如有才能，尽可能间接给出世证实。

弄父母的出世证有点费事，特别是年长的父母，其实把户口本公证一下，是能够的，下面有父母的出世年月日，也有与父母之间的瓜葛，很管用的。

我有我父母的出世证实，我是想偷懒，用我和父母的亲属瓜葛证实，替代我的出世证。然而仍是需求出世证的。

费事求教一下你最初pass的那份你的出世公证，内容措辞大略是甚么？我当初也卡在出世公证上了。我交的是2009年办pr时用的那份，竟然说不合乎要求，标题是公证书而不是出世公证。当初筹备从新办，又怕办完了仍是分歧格！但愿有胜利案例可参考一下，谢谢！

出世公证，我是去上海公证处公证的，措辞都是一致的，付了钱就能了。
