买的二手房，看到有上面的问题：
1） For how many years in a row has the policy holder had building and/or contents insurance?
2） In the last 3 years, how many building or contents claims, in total, has the policy holder made?
这个个别是问的前房主针对这套房子的状况，仍是我的状况。
此外，是否银行的费用比保险公司的廉价？我保30万的building insurance，Westpac只有550，保险公司（Coles，Racv）都要670以上。有甚么问题吗？
Westpac还有个问题是，How is your home occupied? Are you the:，我选的Owner occupied。但我这房是按投资房存款的，实际是自住，选Owner occupied会有问题吗？
大家个别会选这两个附件选项吗？是否个别带泳池的豪宅才会选？
