A clearance rate of 78% per cent was recorded this week compared to 75 per cent last week and 77 per cent this week last year. There were 676 auctions reported to the REIV, with 525 selling and 151 being passed in, 70 of those on a vendor bid. Auction volumes in the outer suburbs continue to rise with more than 十一0 auctions held in Frankston this year and a clearance rate of 84 per cent.
