请问interior specifications让interior designer做仍是留给Builder做？

求教各位大神，小弟比来在修正原本的房子的设计图（买地的时分vendor顺便把以前的设计图间接送给我了），筹备盖房子，我的设计公司说能够提供building drawings的interior design方面的办事，如下：

our resident interior designer, and can work with you to collate a detailed specification booklet to suit your vision for this project. Her work can include a detailed specification booklet, incorporating detailed selections of all fixtures, fittings, materials and finishes, including sourcing of items and preparation of colour boards.

由于我最后的目的是让他们给我改一下房子的layout，这个根本曾经快改完了，不知道这个interior方面的办事我是用他们的好呢，仍是让未来的builder来抉择，估量他们的办事可能会有个对比好design，不外让builder感觉是否更合适报价和管制本钱呢？不知道有无遇到过一样问题的敌人，但愿失掉一些倡议，谢谢！

我的意思是builder公司是否有帮我选 interior specifications的办事啊 ，由于这个working drawings其实都实现了，我只是让architect帮我改下外部格式，看模样是一定要找architect了
