就在clayton火车站左近，你可能不是常常去那一块。你就近找中药店，应该都有的。或者你找中药店电话，一个个打电话问有无再过来。我之前就这么找药。对了，city同仁堂你也能够问问。

之前甚么缘故肿痛的？怎么好的？
不知是否急性滑囊炎。。
不见得一定要黄道益并且也未必管用，找到甚么老虎油风油精都行。
红热厉害的话冷敷吧。

after big walk, the heel got swallowed.

cannot type Chinese on this computer.

I tried to use 黄道益 to massage the heel. I felt it works to release the swollen.

假如肯定是滑囊问题并且又太捣鬼能够在不乱后去掉它。
这些货色的成份迥然不同，你感觉好就持续，热水泡脚之后上油揉揉。
有的Coles有虎油，华人店个别都有黄道益。

I am using InfraPhil for pain release.
